Wanna See Something Cute????

I wanted to make more CRITTERS! I told you all that I LOVE making CRITTERS! Well... this is Sugar Giraffe & Maggie Monkey

They're little... Let's see, I think that Maggie is only about 7 1/2 inches tall, and Sugar is about 8 1/2 inches. Aren't they darling??? I have just fallen in love w/ them both! Maggie Monkey has wired arms, legs, and tail, so she can hang in a million different ways!! Sugar has button-jointed legs, so she stands really nicely and can be posed. Shhhh.... don't tell Maggie, but I think Sugar is my favorite.

They each come with a dollie, one of my extreme prim dolls. I was going to list them tomorrow for sale on eBay, but my camera is acting up... so I wasn't able to get all the photos I needed. Doggone it! I've also got a dollie w/ a HIPPO! I sure hope my camera gets better! I'm praying for it, because I certainly cannot afford a new one!

Thanks for looking and God Bless you all,

Penny

Don't you just LOVE this painting?

For as long as I can remember, I have loved this painting. I know that Jesus probably didn't really look like that, but there's just a comfort that I feel when I see that portrait. Do you ever wonder what He looked like? I can't wait to see Him!
I think about my sweet Daddy. I miss him, and we will all miss him again at Thanksgiving and Christmas... but then I remind myself... Daddy's spending the holidays with Jesus!
Please say a prayer for my dear friend Cora. She needs our prayers. She is in the midst of a storm, a physical, emotional, and spiritual storm. God knows what she needs, who she is, etc. Just please, if you're a praying person.. pray for Cora?
Hope you're all well, and safe, and happy, and blessed.

~*~RaGgeDy DrEaMs~*~

Yep... I just LOVE Raggedies!

Do You??? I think they are SO SWEET!
I decided to try my hand at some smaller ones. I used to make larger ones (24 - 26" tall) that I would put real baby clothes and shoes on.

These petite gals are only about 12 inches tall! They're listed on eBay right now. I have two more in the works too.

God is soooo good!

Penny Polar Bear has arrived!

I promised you that I'd share some pics w/ you all of my Polar Bear. This is Mrs. Santa and Penny Polar Bear. They are listed on eBay right now! What fun to make them! I know it's hard to see the details in these small pictures, but there's a lot of work in them! I hope they sell for good money. It's very disheartening when you work hard on something and then it goes for measly pay! I have had that happen so many times.

My hubby has made a Santa w/ a Polar Bear that is just adorable...actually much better than mine. He is so very talented.

I also listed a dollie w/ a Gingerbread Man Ornie, an Iddie Biddie Christmas Kittie w/ a Wrapped Christmas gift in one hand, and an Ornie that says, "Jesus Is The Greatest Gift".

Oh.. and I made a doll who holds a baby, and a tiny doll quilt I made! Here's a pic of her...
Thanks for looking at my new babies. God Bless, Penny

Okay, I love to make CRITTERS!!!

Yep, it's official. I'm going critter creating crazy!!! LOL
I've made a YORKIE doggie, several DACHSHUNDS, lots of Cats, Rabbits, Sheep, Crows, and
Frogs. Well... now I'm working on a POLAR BEAR. She is actually finished. I'm selling her on eBay (listing will probably start Thursday evening). She comes with a doll that has a round head, separate stitched on eyelids, painted eyes, and a darling Christmas-y outfit. She kind of reminds me of Mrs. Santa.

I'll post pics of the new ones asap.
Thanks for looking and God Bless you all,
Penny

Halloween Ghouls

I thought I'd share a photo of my Granddaughters Randi & Jordan in their Halloween Costumes.

Randi's nickname is "Tink". She's a little tiny thing, always has been and "Tink" was the perfect nickname for her. She HATES IT! She said, " I will NOT be Tinkerbell this year for Halloween. I was Tinkerbell for THREE YEARS and I won't do it again!".... LOL.... and all this with her hand on her hip and her little 'attitude' sway of the head. She's a little Goth girl. She loves anything scary, gory, and gruesome. So... at the ripe old age of 9, she was a Zombie!

Jordan just wanted something fun. At first we were going to use a clear plastic dropcloth and put holes in it for her legs to go through. Then you blow up lots of purple balloons and bring the dropcloth up, gathering it to look like a 'bag'. Bag of purple grapes! Wouldn't that have been cute??? Oh, but NO.... she had to be gruesome too. So Grammy (that's me...LOL) had to dig out some black satin I had stuffed away and make her a Corpse Bride costume. We had purple and black tulle for the veil. Absolutely gory and gross!

They had a ball though...I guess that's the main thing. No matter how much Grammy wants them to stay little, pink, sweet princesses... things change.

Have a lovely!!!
